my day off

i had the day off so S and i went to Foley to the outlet shops... we walked around a bit... i went into the Coach outlet... GAWD that place is EXPENSIVE... sheesh... i felt like cheap white-trash in there... just a little change purse was $40!!! ridiculous... but, oh how i wish i could afford that place... anyway, we didn't buy anything... came home empty handed... though, it's not really like we had money to spend... i had $100 on me... but i didn't really see anything i wanted...

so, we came home and went to Wal-Mart... hehehe... my wallet liked Wal-Mart a lot better... anyway... we only got some necessities there... nothing fun and exciting...

now i have a pretty good sized headache... ugh... i'm working 8-5 tomorrow... blah... S's gonna stay home and play with the TV... gonna try to make the picture perfect... he's been doing this for about 2 weeks now... :) he's just never satisfied... anyway, it's a great TV... i love it... it's huge... and i'm happy with the picture as it is right now... oh well...

you know, i should carry my digital camera around with me a lot more... on the way to Foley today, which is about an hour's drive east of here... i saw a few things that i really would have loved to take pictures of... just.. things that would have made neat pictures... like, the side of an antique store called "Plunderosa", it had a mural on it that was pretty neat... and we passed through a little town named Loxley on it's main street where all it's little shops were... and we passed by this old tiny stone church that had been converted into the public library... and it had a public library sign on it... and the cross was taken off the steeple... but, that woulda made the coolest picture... i saw a bunch of other small-town quaint/picturesque thingies... but... no camera... boo... not that S woulda stopped the car to let me snap a piccie anyway... :)

ughy, my head...
